The favorite subject you like most.

My favorite subject is history. First, learning history is just like reading a story book that contains many interesting things. By learning history, I always feel relaxed and also learn knowledge through the historical story，such as the value of advanced knowledge and the importance of international peace. Second, I admire my history teacher. She is such a knowledgeable person that she can teach us without reference to the textbooks. She also can tell some historical stories outside the textbooks. Her class is so interesting that we will never feel tired in her class.
　　
Which one you like most: small class or large class?
　　
I would prefer learning in the small class. First, compared with the large class, the small class has fewer students. That means we will probably attract the teacher’s more attention and the teachers will also correct our homework more carefully. So that we could have more chances to answer the question and know more clearly the mistakes we have made. Second, it can improve the efficiency of the management of students in the small class. Thus, the risk of accidents the students cause will be reduced. So, I’d prefer learning in the small class.
　　
Which of the following features do you think is the most important in friendship: honesty, loyalty or humor?
　　
I think honesty is the most important feature in friendship. Friendship needs trust, which depends on the honesty. Our friends want us to love them from the heart and not in order to take advantage of their sincerity.
　　
We are honest in emotion, so that friends will want to keep the friendship with us. In addition, we should point out our friends’ faults not only the advantages. We are supposed to blame them when they do wrong. They want us to treat them with the honest and objective attitude to make them feel that they can trust us.
　　
Some people get most of their new from newspaper and magazines. Others get information from TV or other media. Which source of news do you prefer and why.
　　
I’d prefer to get information from TV. First, TV program is the earliest way to provide the news. Just turn on the TV, we will see the widest and richest news, like the problems about food safety and health, which the ordinary people most care. Second, watching TV is the most interesting way to get information. We can hear the voice and see the pictures when we are watching TV, just like watching a video. But if we read newspaper or magazines, there are fewer pictures and no voice. So, I’d prefer to get information from TV.
　　
What qualities should a leader have?
　　
I think diligence and the ability to discover talents are important qualities for the leaders. First, the leaders should be hard-working. Leaders can set a good example to their employees to inspire them to work harder. So the work efficiency of employees will be improved. Second, it is a necessary ability for the leaders to discover talents. Whether the company can be successful depends on the numbers of talents. The talents are the power to make the company better. So, the leaders need diligence and have the ability to discover the talents.

Do you agree that childhood is the happiest (or most precious) time in life?
　　
I agree that childhood is the happiest time in life. First, in childhood, we can spend much time taking part in kinds of activities and develop interest in many hobbies like art, biology and science. And we don’t have to worry about heavy homework and exams. Second, children are simple-minded. When we grow up, we have to meet a series of events, like intensifying and social pressure. So, adults’ mind would be complex, and feel tired. Thus, childhood is the happiest time in life.
　　
Describe a city or town where you have lived. Explain why this place is either a good place or not a good place to live.
　　
Chuan island, a small island in Guangzhou city, is a good place to live in. Chuan island is far from downtown, so there’s no noise pollution and air pollution. The landscape there is absolutely beautiful. Tropical plants are around everywhere, everything is green. The sea is not large, but is very clear and hasn’t been polluted. The color of sandy beach is white, which feels smooth and soft. In the evening, you’ll see thousands of stars in the sky, like a painting. It is so good place that I want to live there all the time.
　　
Some students study for classes individually. Others study in groups. Which method of studying do you think is better for students and why?
　　
In my opinion, studying in a group is better. First, it is easier for us to feel tired and become lazy when studying individually. But by studying in a group, we can have motivation to study harder and the atmosphere of study will be relaxing. Second, we can solve the problem that we can’t solve alone and increase the knowledge through the communication with others. By studying in a group, we can understand each other deeply and enhance friendship without our awareness during the course of the discussion. So, I think studying in a group is better.
　　
What time in a year you like most?
　　
My birthday is the day I like most in a year. First, I can eat birthday cake in my birthday day. I like desert very much, such as cake, cookie and ice cream. But in order to keep health and weight, I can hardly eat it. In my birthday day, I can eat cake as much as I can. Second, my family and friends will send me many presents and hold a birthday party for me. We can do many interesting things on the party like singing, dancing, playing games and so on. It will be fun and we all enjoy it. So, my birthday is the day I like most in a year.
　　
Do you agree or disagree: Having a relaxed or unhurried life is the most important for a person?

I agree that having a relaxed life is the most important for a person. First, having a relaxed life can improve the quality of study or work. It is impossible for a person to study or work well if she\he does not have a healthy body and enough rest. Second, having a relaxed life can improve the quality of life. We can spend much time with family and friends doing many activities, such as hiking, traveling, climbing and so on. It’s not only increase the response between people, but also cut down our pressure.
