产品经理–上海
主要职责:
* 组织新产品开发及产品改进，以满足现有或预期市场需求
* 制定产品需求文档 (PRD)
* 组织管理开发项目并安排其优先顺序，跟踪产品开发，制定产品发布计划
* 与工程团队密切配合，协助确定技术实施方案及执行计划
* 与跨职能内部小组（如：销售、客户服务、市场、法律部门等）合作，收集客
户反馈并确保产品顺利发布
* 制定短期及长期产品目标与策略

经验 / 技能要求:
* 计算机科学学位或同等学历
* 推出产品（从概念设计到发布）的实际经验
* 对中国用户需求的深刻理解，并曾经创造性地满足这些需求
* 互联网相关行业的市场知识
* 出色的组织能力，包括建立有效的工作关系的能力

Product Manager –Shanghai
Department Overview: The Product Development team ensures that Google has
the best worldwide product offerings by analyzing, positioning, packaging,
and promoting our solutions across a variety of countries and markets where
Google does business. The team is responsible for the product throughout the
execution cycle, and works closely with the engineering group to
continuously improve systems, processes, and production.

Major functions:
* Initiate new products and product enhancements to meet existing or
anticipated market needs
* Determine product specifications and document in a Product
Requirements Document (PRD)
* Initiate and prioritize projects within engineering; track product
development; develop product launch plans
* Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best
technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule
* Work with a cross-functional internal team (e.g. sales, client
services, marketing, legal, etc.) to gather customer feedback and ensure
smooth and successful launches
* Establish short and long term product goals and strategies

Experience / Skills:
* Computer science degree or equivalent
* Demonstrated experience shipping products (concept to launch)
* Strong understanding of user needs in China and an innovative
history of addressing them
* Market knowledge of Internet-related industries
* Excellent organizational skills including the ability to build
effective working relationships

-- Education
Graduate from Top Tier or Elite Universities, Computer Science Major
GPA >= 3.5 or average score >=85 (better with overseas education background)

-- Experience
Solid software engineering background (once worked as a software engineer in
early career stage)
Previous web product design and development experience
Innovative thinking and passion for internet products
Previous and current start-up experience is preferred.
Good leadship
